About Yoga

Yoga has been practised by people for thousands of years. Western society has only recently recognised the enormous benefits through the practise of yoga.

Yoga's emphasis is on the sequencing and linking of movement with the breath, thus bringing balance, strength and flexibility to the body. Whilst also relaxing the mind and creating a sense of calm and peace within you.

History

Geraldine has been teaching for several years and is passionate about helping people and sharing the benefits that yoga brings. The atmosphere is relaxing yet classes provide a challenge for anyone who wishes to move more deeply into their practise. No matter what your level of experience,  everyone is welcome. Classes are being held at the Girl Guide Hall on Rockhill Rd, North Nowra. Only a 5min drive from Nowra

Class Times

6.00  -7.30pm  Monday and Wednesday

9.30 - 11.00am  Tuesday and Thursday

$15 casual visit or $130 for a ten time visit card

No classes are held on public holidays
